Lindsay Beebe is the Utah co-ordinator for the Siera Club's Beyond Coal campaign, which has shut down 1/3 of US coal plants since 2010.  Utah's electricity is largely derived from coal.  Lindsay aso has insights on Rocky Mtn. Power's efforts to add a net metering charge to discourage individuals from adding distributed solar to their homes, as well as RMP's long term electricity sourcing projections, which she claims bear no relation to reality.
