Park City Dance.

Hi Steve!
    Sandy is one of our town builders with evident immigrant genes -- a true entrepreneur!  Born in Illinois farming country with teachers as well as corn and soybean farmers in her background.  Some of the ancestors came from Ireland about the potato famine time in the 1850's.   Some where in the mix was a bit of Cherokee blood.  From early age she loved physical activity and performances in school.  Tap dancing was a specialty and she choreographed a high school show.  About her first year in college, she was part of a dance group that performed  professionally in the Chicago area and she personally tried out successfully (two out of four hundred) for a spot with the traveling company of the Radio City Rockettes.
    She matriculated at the "U" majoring in Fitness and Business (teaching some of the same) while enjoying skiing and river rafting.  She and her new husband lived for a while in the San Francisco area but eventually came back to live and raise two children in Park City.   Young Life had a very positive affect on her and probably contributed to her starting "Park City Dance"  -- an immediate success with well over 2000 young ladies involved since 1995. She is well remembered as the empresario for the annual Nutcracker at the Eccles Center.=
