Bryan Callen (born January 26, 1967) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer and podcaster. He studied acting at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. Callen initiated his career as one of the original cast members on the sketch comedy series MADtv. Callen played Eddie in The Hangover Part 1, and Samir in The Hangover Part II.  He is a touring stand-up comic having completed three, successful television stand-up specials.  His third one-hour comedy special, “Complicated Apes”, topped the iTunes charts upon its release in March, 2019. Callen now plays Coach Mellor in Schooled and is co-host of the podcast The Fighter and the Kid, alongside Brendan Schaub.
